This website, 2by2.pk, is operated by Aqeel Abbas, an individual business operator trading as 2by2 and based in Faisalabad, Pakistan. Aqeel Abbas is responsible for the personal information described in this notice.

Information we collect

When you book a consultation or demo

Bookings are made on a Google Calendar booking page, which opens in a new tab. Google collects the details that page asks for, such as your name and email address, together with anything else you choose to add, and makes your booking available to us as the owner of the calendar.

When you email us

If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and any other information you include.

Enquiry form

The enquiry form on our POS page is not active. It cannot be submitted and does not collect or send any information.

When you browse the website

This website does not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and it does not set cookies of its own. If that changes, we will update this notice and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

How we use your information

• Booking details are used to arrange, confirm and manage your consultation or demo, including contacting you about the appointment and preparing for it.
• Emails you send are used to reply to you and deal with your enquiry.

Google Calendar

Google provides the booking page and processes the information you enter there. Google's own privacy terms apply to that processing, in addition to this notice. You can read them in the Google Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab).

Where your information is handled

2by2 is operated from Pakistan. Information you give us through a booking or by email will be accessed and handled by us in Pakistan, which is outside the UK. Google may also process information in other countries under its own terms.

Your rights

If you are in the UK, data protection law, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018, may give you rights over your personal information. Depending on the circumstances, these can include the right to:

• be told how your personal information is used
• get a copy of the personal information held about you
• have inaccurate information corrected
• have your information deleted
• restrict or object to how your information is used
• receive your information in a portable format
• withdraw your consent, where information is used on the basis of consent

We will update this notice when the way we handle personal information changes, for example if we open the online enquiry form or introduce analytics. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
